Originally from the hills of Vermont, Heather started skiing at an early age. Her passion for skiing and the mountains led her to Colorado and a career in skiing.Heather has a diverse history in skiing. She has excelled in alpine racing, telemark racing, big mountain freeskiing, skier-cross and endurance randonee races. Heather is founder of Ultimate Groove, women’s telemark adventures and is a member of the K2 Women’s Alliance Team. Heather is a former US World Cup Telemark Team member and 2 time National Telemark Champion. Heather lives in Crested Butte with her husband and 2 children, Addison (4) and Rowan(7).
