In-Mold
In-Mold is the premium construction for ultra-lightweight performance helmets and is characterized by an EPS liner that is bonded to a lightweight poly-carbonate (PC) shell utilizing a distinct molding process. Unlike Hard-Shell construction, the lightweight EPS inner layer of the helmet is fused directly to the thin PC shell during molding.
